Will you combine shipping?
Yes, we can ship up to 3 paintings for $15 USD. More than 3 paintings an additional fee of $5 USD will be charged per painting. This is provided the paintings will fit in a postal tube less than 85cm. Above 85cm incurs a higher shipping fee.
What if I decide not to order after seeing the proof?
That is perfectly ok you are under no obligation to buy. However, we request a $10 USD proofing fee for the time it takes our staff to create the image.
Can I cancel the order after work has commenced?
No, once payment has been made you are committed to the order. No refund will be made.
When do I pay the balance of my order?
You must pay the balance of your order before the painting can be shipped. Payment must be made within 7 days of you receiving a completion email for final payment.
